Over the years, I have dealt with many health issues: acne, on going aches and pains, a peptic ulcer, panic attacks, cervical dysplasia, a monstrous uterine fibroid and what was thought to be cancer. The recommended "solutions" for all of these issues was either some form of a pharmaceutical or an invasive procedure or both.
Never did the doctor of the moment recommend a change in my eating habits or lifestyle.
I've always been one to experiment with my own health, so these so-called solutions never sat right with me, and I have always managed to find my way back to health through natural methods.
Working in IT, and sitting in front of a computer 8 or more hours per day, can be tough on the body. Top this with poor eating habits, no exercise and no stress reduction, and you are likely going to be a hot mess in short order, both mentally and physically.
With years of experimenting on myself, as well as my education in health sciences and 30 plus years of coaching, I feel compelled to help others with their health issues.
