For those of you who are pondering on the idea of becoming vegan, but see the change as a huge task, stop it.
We are living in the 21st century. We put a man on the moon damn it!! Ok, well I didn’t, but someone did, and as Neil Armstrong suggested “One small step for man. One giant leap for mankind”. What does Neil Armstrong’s quote have to do with becoming vegan? I have no idea. I just like the quote. I’ll work it in. Don’t pressure me!
I think the point I’m trying to make here is that becoming vegan isn’t as complicated as getting to the moon. The change is wrapped up in 3 simple words:

How hard can that be?!
Here is a list of plant based protein options with which you can replace your animal sourced proteins:
Everything else stays the same. That’s not so bad, right?
You don’t have to switch out all your animal sourced proteins in one fowl swoop (like that little play on words there? Fowl? Chicken? The phrase is actually “one fell swoop”, but my version worked here, so I’m keeping it.
Try replacing one protein every week. Small steps. You can do it.
