This blog is going to hurt, but it’s for your own good damnit!

I’ve said this many times and I’ll say it again. We humans know what we need for our minds and bodies, instinctively. Not from reading books, or watching webinars or getting a degree. From good old fashioned, evolutionary instinct.


Come down off your pedestal and join the rest of the animal kingdom and realize that no other species questions what they should or should not be eating, or what they should be doing with their day. They hunt for the food they were intended to eat, they ward of predators and they procreate. Why then has the human made things so complicated?


I don’t have the answer, but let’s just say you have lost your way when it comes to your health, and you truly believe you don’t know how to get back to an optimal state.

I can help you with that if you need guidance, but here is what you need to do.

  • Stop with the “I can’t”.

  • Stop with the “It’s too hard”.

  • Stop with the “I don’t have time”.

  • Stop with the “I don’t know how”.

  • Start taking responsibility for your life.


If you have tried on your own and failed, then start listening to someone who knows what you need to do, and follow their lead until you can do it on your own. There is no shame in that, but you must stop with the excuses, or you will not succeed.


Tough love? I’m not a touchy-feely type, but I do know what you need.

All you have to do is listen and act. So suck it up butter cup and let's get movin'.
